Community Partners

The following is a list of Pierce County Fair Community Partners. Some provide sponsorship, while others provide logistical, educational &/or moral support.

The Tacoma Lariettes: One of the first to greet you at the Pierce County Fair, the Lariettes have recently joined us as our parking lot attendants, directing and parking cars on horseback! The Tacoma Lariettes are an equestrian precision drill and rodeo flag team, based out of Tacoma, Washington. They perform at competitions, rodeos, fairs, public events and parades.

Graham Business Association: The GBA serves a growing number of Graham businesses. Similar to Chambers of Commerce, the Graham Business Association recognizes the strength in networking and working together. "What’s Good For Community Is Good For Business"

Graham Fire & Rescue: Serving the people and protecting the property of Graham. Each year, Graham Fire and Rescue go to great lengths of not only providing a wonderful interactive educational display at the fair, but also providing first aid services for fair patrons and exhibitors.

Washington State Fair Association: This body represents fairs from throughout the state providing educational opportunities and interaction. This organization was the leader in the fight for securing stable fair funding. Each year, two major “Super Schools” and Annual Convention provide educational opportunities for the people involved in operating fairs.

Washington State Fair: The Washington State Fair, lovingly known as “The Puyallup”, has been a loyal supporter of the smaller fairs. They play host to several youth fairs such as the Washington State 4-H Fair, FFA State Exhibition and the Junior Poultry Show.
