Camping at the Pierce County Fair has become a major part of the Fair experience. For many, camping is a way for families, clubs and projects to come together in an annual reunion. In order for the experience to be positive for all, rules have been created to make the event pleasurable as well as safe.

First and foremost, camping is a privilege extended to entered Fair Exhibitors and Vendors. That privilege may be revoked at any time by the Pierce County Fair Association.

While state law recognizes an “adult” at age 18, registered members of 4-H and FFA participating at the Fair that are under age 21 must have an adult chaperone, defined as 21 or over, on site.

Please read all Fair and Camping rules. Submission of a camping application shall constitute s positive acknowledgement of all rules and regulations.

While the Pierce County Fairgrounds is located close to “civilization”, camping at the Pierce County Fair is considered “dry camping”. Camping spaces do NOT come with hook ups.

The Pierce County Fair will allow staging beginning Sunday August 4th. The staging area may not be used for habitation. If staging, you must be present Tuesday, August 6th at 7 a.m. to register and move your unit. While we realize that there are favorite spaces, there is plenty of camping available for all.

You may contact Howard Bennett at buttonpusher99@comcast.net starting August 1st for confirmation that your paperwork is on file and complete.

Please send in the Camping Application by July 31st.
