  • Each entry must be accompanied by details in the description field explaining what it is, where it is to be used and how it was made. Also include technique, i.e. batik, copper tooling, leaded stained glass, etc.
  • All pictures must be mounted and/or framed. Please do not use Plexiglas or glass as it may create a glare.
  • Limit of six entries per class. Only open to enrolled project members.
  • Other entries can be made in Educational Displays (Posters) and Judging.
  • Information must be complete, legible and accurate.
  • All fabric items must have a permanently attached care label or a 3x5” card with care instructions attached to exhibit.
  • Judging will consider the age of the exhibitor. Write age of member in the description field of FairEntry along with number of years in project.
  • Points in all Arts classes may vary according to degree of difficulty and the judge’s decision.
  • All entries will be judged using the Danish System, all ribbons will be virtual.
  • VIRTUAL ENTRY PHOTO TIPS: Take photos in a well-lit area. Try to reduce as many shadows and glares as possible. Be sure the entire exhibit is visible in the photo. The first picture will be in the virtual display, and must show the whole item from a front perspective.
