Change Requests

 The Exhibitor Guide is the annual publication of the rules and regulations on how to enter the Pierce County Fair.  The guide will also have in print specific rules and regulations of conduct of all associated activities held prior to and during the Fair.

 The Guide shall be divided in to 4 areas of governorship.  They are:  General rules and regulations; Open Class (including Open Poultry, Boy Scouts, Floral and Grange); 4-H and FFA .  Following is a proposed guideline for submitting changes.  

General Rules and Regulations:  This will be governed by the Pierce County Fair Association, who has ultimate responsibility for the book as a whole.

Open Class:  Changes shall be submitted directly to the Fair (see calendar below) by the recognized incoming Superintendent (or chair).  Fair Manager shall review all sections of Open Class prior to printing, submitting any items needing board approval in a timely manner.

4-H Division:  Superintendents shall submit requests for exhibitor guide changes to the 4-H office (see annual calendar).  Changes shall not be submitted directly to the Fair without 4-H approval.  It is encouraged of the 4-H office to submit approved sections as they become available.

FFA:  Superintendents shall submit requests for exhibitor guide changes to the FFA General Superintendent (see calendar below).  Changes shall not be submitted directly to the Fair without FFA General Supertintendent approval.  It is encouraged of the FFA General Superintendent to submit approved sections as they become available.

Open Class/other activities Exhibitor Guide changes due to Fair
                              Deadline for Superintendent names
February 15, 2008:       Approved 4-H Exhibitor Guide changes due and submitted to Fair
March 7, 2008 		Superintendent’s open review of Exhibitor Guide/Only corrections of  incorrect information will be accepted.

It will be unnecessary to submit changes for routine date changes.
Changes should always be submitted with an unchanged copy of the previous
years section.
